We work closely and collaboratively with its member firms around the globe handling the international legal needs of our clients, addressing the United States legal requirements of the clients of non-U.S. firms, and engaging in cross-border business development initiatives on a wide variety of legal issues such as mergers and acquisitions, tax, real estate development and leasing, data protection and privacy and international arbitration. In 2018, we worked collaboratively with over 50 Interlaw member firms on close to 100 different matters.

Compensation and Benefits
Our firm is committed to providing attorneys with a supportive, respectful, and collaborative working environment, while seeking to foster professional and personal growth and development. We offer continuous in-house training, and flexible working conditions including the ability to work remotely. Our compensation package is competitive, and includes a choice of flexible benefit plans, comprised of medical, dental, vision, long and short term disability, life insurance, benefit time off, as well as a 401K savings plan. We also have a wellness program, and offer attractive work-life benefits. Equity partners participate in a profit sharing plan and may participate in a cash balance plan.
