Zeitlin Appointed Co-Chair of ABA Unfair Trade Practices Subcommittee

Business Litigation attorney Andrew Zeitlin, a partner in the firm's Stamford office, has been appointed by the American Bar Association (ABA) to serve as co-chair of the Unfair Trade Practices Subcommittee of the Business Torts Litigation Committee. The ABA’s goal is to keep business litigators fully up to date in developing business torts, including unfair trade practices.

Zeitlin represents clients in both state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings in a variety of matters, including business torts, partnership and corporate disputes, securities matters, and contract and real estate disputes. He has worked on trial and appellate matters.
