This complimentary webinar will cover current legal issues and practical tips on workforce management, policy updates, and how to properly comply with the National Labor Relations Board’s latest interpretations and rules.  In particular, we will review Board decisions on the issues of union activity and elections, and the Board’s recent scrutiny applied toward employer policies.  Finally, we will discuss what developments we might expect from the Board under the Trump administration.
