Utilized experience with both corporate restructurings and not-for-profit entities to implement a multi-phase plan that resulted in: federal bankruptcy protection from creditors under Chapter 11; comprehensive reorganization plan that created new operating structure, diversified sustainable revenue streams and risk-averse programming; early emergence from bankruptcy with favorable settlement agreement; and a steady operating surplus.
