Pat Naples is an associate in the firm's Real Estate, Environmental, and Land Use Practice Group.

Pat has represented clients in a range of real estate disputes. In that capacity, Pat has litigated constitutional torts and takings claims involving local governments, administrative appeals, and commercial claims between buyers and sellers, lenders and vendors, and lessors and lessees.

Pat has also represented clients in a variety of other complex civil and criminal trial and appellate matters. To that end, Pat has worked with government contractors confronting whistleblower claims, commercial entities involved in adversary proceedings, and individual clients facing prosecution for fraud and other criminal offenses.

Before joining the firm, Pat practiced with Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP in Washington, DC. Before that, he served as a law clerk for Special Master Lisa Hamilton-Fieldman of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
