Saman Azimi

Saman Azimi is an associate in Shipman’s Business and Corporate practice group, where he advises companies in a variety of corporate matters and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, company formation, and commercial contracts. Saman represents a diverse array of clients across industries, including startups, life science companies, venture capital funds, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and others.

Saman received his J.D. with high honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor of the Connecticut Law Review. Saman is proficient in Persian (Farsi).
