Philip H. Bartels
Of Counsel
Philip Bartels is "Of Counsel" to Shipman. He is a long-time member of the Litigation Practice Group, and has handled matrimonial law, charitable organizations and general litigation matters. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. He is also a member of the Connecticut and New York State Bar Associations.
Philip has served on the Board of Governors at the University of New Haven for many years, and has been its Vice Chair and Board Chair. He has also served as the Vice Chairman of the Cornell University Council.
