Nikolas D. Kittredge
Associate
Nikolas Kittredge is an associate in the firm's Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use and Business and Corporate Practice Groups, where he focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance matters and real estate acquisitions, developments and dispositions.
Niko represents national and community banks, insurance companies, and other lending institutions in traditional debt financing, preferred equity and mezzanine financing, as well as equity investors in joint ventures. Additionally, he provides counsel to lenders with respect to the origination, syndication and participation of asset-based loans across a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, retail and office.
Niko also represents borrowers in obtaining mortgage loans and works with clients on the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of commercial, mixed-use and multi-family residential properties.
While in law school, Niko was a Pro Bono Mentor with the Massachusetts Bar Association's Tiered Mentor Program. Previously he was a summer associate with Shipman.
