Matthew C. Dow

Matt is a member of the firm’s Corporate Trust and Finance practices, where he regularly represents corporate trustees, collateral agents, escrow agents and other fiduciaries and agents in corporate debt issues, high-yield bond financings, project finance and other secured and unsecured financing transactions. He has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate transactions and finance matters, including all manner of publicly and privately traded fixed income and equity securities.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as Vice President and Senior Counsel for a global investment management firm.
