Laura Schuyler is a partner in the firm's Trusts and Estates practice. Laura counsels individuals on the full range of estate planning techniques for tax-effective intergenerational and charitable transfers, and assists clients with the estate settlement process. She also advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries on fiduciary compliance and other probate court proceedings.
Laura has served as a law clerk for The Honorable C. Ian McLachlan at the Connecticut Supreme Court and as a judicial intern for The Honorable Holly B. Fitzsimmons of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Prior to joining the firm, Laura was an associate in the Individual Clients practice of a major regional law firm.
