Kyle Buchoff

Kyle Buchoff is an Associate in the Finance group with significant experience in complex finance and M&A transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, and syndicated lending arrangements for major corporate clients, private equity firms, and financial institutions. Kyle represents banks and other financial institutions in such roles as administrative agent, trustee and collateral agent for secured and unsecured capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Shipman, Kyle handled sophisticated financing transactions, including representing portfolio companies of major private equity firms in obtaining term and revolving loans and airlines in credit agreement updates and mortgage modifications.

Kyle is also professionally fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
