Julia Camarco is a partner in the firm’s Business and Corporate Practice Group, where she has a comprehensive transactional practice representing emerging growth and mature companies, venture capital funds, private equity funds, health care providers and other business entities in connection with a variety of commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, preferred equity investments, private placements, convertible debt and other strategic investments. Working closely with senior management, investors and founders she approaches each stage of a transaction with a business-minded and practical focus.
Julia provides effective, high-quality service and has developed long-term relationships with the companies she represents. She serves many of her clients in an “outside general counsel” capacity, advising on matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, business operations, commercial contracting and other general corporate matters.
Julia represents clients across a number of industries, with a particular focus on the life sciences, health care, software, consumer products, manufacturing and other industries, and has participated in sophisticated transactions involving emerging and leading technology and health care companies.
