Jarrett B. Thompson

Jarrett Thompson is an associate in Shipman's Corporate Trust practice group.

Prior to joining Shipman, Jarrett provided legal research and analysis on corporate business transactions, including regulatory and disclosure requirements for public companies, bankruptcy filings and M&A transactions. He also served as an outside legal contractor for an AmLaw Top 10 firm, advising companies in complex corporate transactions.  Jarrett was a Senior Law Clerk responsible for negotiating commercial collection settlements and advising clients on creditors’ rights issues related to corporate transaction, bankruptcy and debt collection.
