Danielle P. Ferrucci

Danielle Ferrucci is chair of Shipman's Trusts, Estates and Fiduciary Management Department. She practices in the areas of estate planning, estate settlement, trust administration and trust and estate litigation. She serves as a trusted advisor to individuals and families on the full range of planning techniques for tax-effective intergenerational and charitable transfers.
On behalf of her individual and family clients, Danielle prepares estate tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns and probate documents, and represents estates before the IRS and DRS on audit. She frequently serves as trustee, often assisting families over multiple generations. Danielle also advises professional fiduciaries and individual trustees in the administration of complex estates and trusts.
