Danielle McGrath Braun practices in the area of public finance and municipal law. She represents a number of Connecticut municipalities and taxing districts in the role of bond counsel, where she assists her clients in all facets of general obligation and refunding bond issuances. Danielle has experience drafting bond resolutions and attending public meetings, analyzing tax issues related to bond and note issues, and drafting financing and closing documents. Danielle works closely with elected officials and finance officers to ensure that they understand the municipality’s obligations at the time of closing and have policies and procedures in place to effectively monitor the use of bond-financed projects and comply with continuing disclosure obligations.
