Nevins to Speak at National ICSC Conference

October 16, 2014

The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) has selected Kent Nevins, a partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use practice, to be a featured speaker at the organization’s 2014 U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference.

Attorney Nevins will co-present a seminar entitled “Sustainability in Theory and In Practice,” where he will discuss relevant issues related to “green” leasing and sustainability in the retail sector to help developers, landlords and tenants better understand the opportunities, concepts, business and legal issues as well as the practical realities.

ICSC, the premier global trade association of the shopping center industry, selected Attorney Nevins from a nationwide pool of applicants. The annual three-day conference takes place in Orlando, Florida from October 22 through October 25, 2014, and provides retail real estate legal professionals the opportunity to gain industry-specific knowledge and insight from leading authorities and network with industry peers.
