Kelly represents national and community banks, insurance companies and other lending institutions in commercial finance and real estate transactions. Kelly brings a pragmatic approach to structuring, drafting, negotiating and closing sophisticated, commercial transactions.

Kelly’s experience in commercial real estate transactions includes:

  • multi-family
  • office
  • retail
  • industrial
  • assisted living/health/senior care facilities
  • mixed-use properties

Kelly also advises clients on asset-based transactions including equipment loans, accounts receivable loans, warehouse loans and viatical life settlement policies and loans.

Kelly’s transactions range size from $2.5MM to $1B and include construction, term, revolving and syndicated loans secured by business and/or real estate assets, as well as loans secured by death benefits and life insurance. She also provides assistance to lenders in connection with financings for projects involving affordable housing, tax credits, renewable energy and U.S. and international investments in natural resources, including, timber.

For owners and developers of commercial real estate, Kelly assists clients in structuring drafting, negotiating and closing complex acquisitions and dispositions, sale-leasebacks, and leasing transactions.

In addition, Kelly advises on the workout and restructuring of various types of loans secured by a wide range of collateral.
