Jaime Welsh is an Associate in the firm’s Product Liability and Torts Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on the defense of product liability actions in state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigations. Jaime has experience defending national and multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and health care industries. She has been a trial team member in multiple cases tried to a jury verdict, including three recent defense verdicts for one of the firm’s pharmaceutical clients. Jaime also maintains an active pro bono practice through firm partnerships with Lawyers for Children America, the ACLU, and the Center for Children’s Advocacy.

Jaime graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law with Honors, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Connecticut Law Review and the Managing Editor of the student-managed newspaper Pro Se. While in law school, Jaime served as a legal extern for a major health care corporation and worked as a legal associate for the Connecticut Green Bank. She was also a legal intern for the State of Connecticut Office of the Attorney General and the Center for Children’s Advocacy.
