Jurgita Somma is a member of the firm’s Corporate Trust and Business and Finance practices. She has extensive experience in a broad range of complex corporate and finance matters, including advising banks, arrangers, issuers, borrowers, private equity sponsors and other financial institutions in a variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions. She handles corporate debt issuances, high-yield bond issuances, project financing, trustee, collateral agencies, and escrow and depositary relationships.
Prior to joining the firm, Jurgita worked as counsel and assistant secretary at a leading Connecticut corporation and practiced in the Banking and Finance group at a major New York law firm.
Jurgita also counsels pro bono clients on not-for-profit financing arrangements and immigration matters. Jurgita is fluent in Lithuanian, Russian and German.
