Successfully Defended Contested Wetlands and Zoning Approvals for Independent School Athletic Fields

For The Gunnery, we obtained approvals from the Town of Washington inland wetlands and planning and zoning commissions for the school to construct new athletic fields near its campus.  The hearings were strongly contested by an abutting landowner, who then appealed the unanimous approvals.  We then prevailed on both appeals in Superior Court and the Appellate Court denied their petition for certification.
