Successful Injunction Action to Enforce Restrictive Covenant

Recently obtained a temporary injunction in Willimantic Superior Court for Cumberland Farms, Inc., barring its Dayville, Connecticut landlord from leasing adjacent space to a competing tobacco business in breach of a restrictive covenant in the lease between Cumberland Farms and its landlord.
