Secured Several Settlements under Policy Limits 

Represented a Fortune 500 insurance company in a complex construction defect and insurance coverage matter relating to several hundred homes across four housing developments. After over one hundred new homeowners complained about construction defects, the general contractor undertook repairs, then sought insurance coverage for the costs of remediation. We were able to settle the matter under policy limits, while eliminating claims that could have yielded exposure to our client in excess of policy limits.
