Secured Dismissal of Title IX Complaint for Athletic Association and Board of Education 

Represented a board of education and an athletic association in an investigation by the Office of Civil rights addressing the definition of sex under Title IX and transgender students’ participation in athletics.  We obtained a dismissal of that investigation, and now continue our representation of those entities in a related federal court lawsuit brought by several students.
