Obtained Summary Judgement in a Federal Court Lawsuit Asserting Constitutional Claims through Section 1983

Represented a board of education in a federal court lawsuit asserting constitutional claims through Section 1983, and obtained summary judgment on all counts of the complaint.  The student and his family alleged that school administrators had unlawfully seized and detained him, and unlawfully accessed his phone.
