LaManna Named One of Lawdragon's 500 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers

Kathleen LaManna has been named as one of "500 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers" by Lawdragon. COVID-19 has put unbearable pressure on corporations during these unprecedented times, Lawdragon has recognized those who bring “remarkable skills in financing, structuring, litigation and creating a pathway forward.” Lawdragon’s 2020 U.S. Guide includes 36 percent women lawyers of the 500 U.S. all-stars, whose focus is principally national. Katie is one of only five lawyers in Connecticut to receive this distinction.

Katie LaManna is Chair of the firm's Corporate Trust Practice Group and Co-Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. She regularly represents her clients in handling bankruptcy issues, commercial litigation, defaults, workouts, contract disputes, and other creditors' rights matters. She has extensive experience representing banks in their role as trustee, as fiduciaries for public and private debt, in connection with defaulted secured and unsecured financings and with leveraged leases.
