Kent Nevins Named a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Shipman & Goodwin LLP partner Kent S. Nevins has been elected as a Fellow by the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), a premier organization of distinguished, nationally known real estate attorneys in the United States admitted by invitation only.
Mr. Nevins, Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and resident in the Stamford and New York offices, focuses his practice on the representation of large-scale commercial real estate projects with a national scope. He handles complex transactions for the acquisition, development and financing of a wide variety of properties, including tax-exempt and government-assisted projects, condominiums, hospitality, retail, multifamily, office, industrial, golf courses and mobile home parks. Transactions also include joint ventures, leasing, sales, exchanges, syndications, construction financing, workouts and restructures, commercial mortgage-backed securities and capital markets.
