$750,000 SETTLEMENT - Motor Vehicle Accident - Fractured Calcaneous

Our client was involved in a head on crash with another vehicle.  Neither driver remembered the crash nor were there any witnesses to the crash.  We retained an accident reconstruction expert, who opined that the crash occurred in our client’s lane.  An expert for the other driver disagreed with our expert.  As a result of the crash, our client sustained a fractured calcaneous (heel) that required surgery.  After mediating the case, the claim settled for $750,000.
