$575,000 SETTLEMENT - Motor Vehicle Accident - Fractured Knee Cap with Surgery

Our client was struck in the knee causing her patella to be fractured in several pieces requiring surgical repair.  While our client was able to return to her full time job, she was unable to return to her second job, a per diem position that required her to be on her feet.  We retained an economist to quantify the loss of her second job.  The case settled at a mediation for $575,000 shortly before trial.
