$18.6 Million Development of a Green Parking Facility

Represented Propark America in negotiating contribution and joint venture agreements with Greenscape Capital Group Inc. for the development of an $18.6 million green parking facility near Denver International Airport. The 4,200-space facility will feature sustainable buildings as well as alternative power sources. Energy for the facility will come from an on-site solar farm and wind turbines, and there will also be solar charging stations for electric vehicles plus a methane purification refueling station.
