$1,300,000 SETTLEMENT- Drowning Death

A 2 year old boy drowned when he entered an in-ground pool because the defendant did not have an appropriate gate in place.  The insurance company agreed to our demand to pay the full amount of the insurance policy limits of $1.3M.
