Acquisition and Financing of Luxury Apartment Community

Represented an international real estate investment fund as local counsel in connection with its purchase and financing of a turn-key luxury apartment community consisting of hundreds of units in the Greater Hartford Area. Representation included significant negotiation with respect to real estate tax abatement and the phasing in of real estate taxes over time, local permitting issues and novel issues related to title.
