Danielle P. Ferrucci, a partner in the firm's Hartford office, has been elected a fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC), which is a national association whose members have made substantial contributions to the field of trust and estate law and have demonstrated the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.

Ms. Ferrucci practices in the areas of estate planning, estate settlement, trust administration and probate litigation, including assisting clients with the full range of planning techniques for tax-effective intergenerational and charitable transfers. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Estate and Probate Section and serves as Chair of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving. In addition, Ms. Ferrucci is an Adjunct Professor in Estate Planning and Elder Law at Western New England College School of Law.
