The SECURE Act of 2022 (SECURE 2.0, which stands for Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement) has made sweeping changes that are intended to improve the ability to save for one’s retirement. Coming just three years after SECURE 1.0 was signed into law, SECURE 2.0 is having (and will continue to have) a major effect on the design and administration of employer retirement plans that will last for years to come.
We invite you to join us for a webinar on Wednesday, June 13th as Shipman lawyers Kelly Hathorn, Richard Cohen and Deanna McWeeney walk you through the most important changes made by SECURE 2.0. There is a lot to digest in the new law, so please let our team of Employee Benefits professionals guide you along the way.
