Key Updates to the IAQ/HVAC Law

For the second consecutive year, Connecticut boards of education will be subject to new legislatively imposed requirements and deadlines to inspect and evaluate indoor air quality ("IAQ") and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems ("HVAC") in all their public schools. This is an important development that will affect not only facilities/operations personnel, but will draw in various stakeholders (e.g., principals, unions) and public participation.
