About the Program
Morgan Rueckert will be one of the speakers at the CLE-eligible webinar presented by the Connecticut Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section. This program will discuss handling federal cases and navigating the federal system for newer attorneys and those who typically practice in state court. The presentation will identify the unique features of federal practice and highlight recent rule changes as a springboard for those entering Federal Practice and a refresher for those with more experience.
