CABE Legal Issues Workshop

Rich Mills will present the session, "Employment-Related Challenges in the Ongoing Pandemic" during the CABE event, "Legal Issues Workshop."

Rich will discuss how to navigate through some of the significant employment-related challenges school districts continue to face with the ongoing pandemic. The topics in the session will focus on:

• Vaccination Mandate: Executive Order 13G and its aftermath
• Collective Bargaining Issues Related to the Pandemic: The importance of understanding whether you have a duty to negotiation, the extent of any collective bargaining obligations and strategies for addressing collective bargaining issues
