2024 ConnPELRA Annual Training Conference

Jarad Lucan will present "Current Developments in Labor Relations and the FOIA" as part of the conference. Jarad's presentation, an overview of recent developments in labor relations, will include discussion of noticeable trends in collective bargaining, recent interest and grievance arbitration awards, and significant Labor Board decisions to inform negotiation strategy and grievance responses.  In addition, participants will explore some of the most common challenges presented by FOIA.
