2021 CPILJ Symposium: Does an Impartial Jury Exist? An Analysis of Implicit Bias in Jury Selection

Morgan Rueckert will be a panelist during the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal's "2021 Symposium: Does an Impartial Jury Exist? An Analysis of Implicit Bias in Jury Selection."  He will present during the panel "State v. Holmes and Implicit Bias" where he will discuss issues that arise in practice, specifically the process of weeding out implicit bias and protecting your clients as a defense attorney.
