DHS Proposes Availability of U.S. Employment Authorization for Certain H-4 Spouses

The Department of Homeland Security’s proposed extension of the availability of U.S. employment authorization to certain H-4 dependent spouses of principal H-1B nonimmigrants is important news for employers seeking to attract highly skilled foreign workers into their workforce.
