Christopher Neary provides counsel in a broad range of labor and employment matters including ADA, Title IX and FLSA for employers of all sizes in claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Additionally, he conducts workplace investigations and represents employers in grievance hearings.

As the former Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City of New Haven, Christopher directed oversight and involvement in all labor and employment matters brought before the various state and federal agencies. He also represented the Board of Education and the City of New Haven in cases alleging discrimination, retaliation, violations of union contracts, violations of state and federal labor laws and other employment issues.
