Current Topics in Immigration Law

Alfredo Fernandez will participate in a presentation entitled “Current Topics in Immigration Law.” The program will include discussions about executive orders and congressional action/inaction, immigrant entrepreneurs and international trade, specifically the risks of deemed exports to foreign personnel in the United States.

Construction Case Law Summary and Legislative Review

Laurann Asklof will participate in a presentation entitled, "Construction Case Law Summary and Legislative Review.”  The program will cover information about the current state of construction law. Topics will also include developments in the law relating to contract interpretation, bonding and surety law, damages, arbitration and Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”) and Mechanic’s Lien Law.
