Chief Operating Officer
Under the Managing Partner’s direction, the Chief Operating Officer has responsibility for establishing an effective organizational structure for firm-wide practice support. Functional areas include statistical and financial accounting and reporting, human resources and talent management, information services and technology, marketing and business development, and practice support services. The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for providing leadership to and direction of all service operations supporting client services; managing the general business operations of the firm; serving as a promoter for the firm’s continuous strategic planning efforts; representing the Management Committee in communicating and implementing firm policies in a manner that best serves the firm’s interests. Director of Knowledge Management
The Director of Knowledge Management will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that enhances the firm's ability to capture, distribute, and effectively use knowledge and information. Real Estate Closing Specialist – Stamford, CT
We have an opportunity for a Real Estate Closing Specialist, resident in our Stamford office. We are seeking an experienced and organized individual who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
The ideal candidate must thrive in an environment that is client-focused, fast-paced and deadline-driven. The ideal candidate must also possess an aptitude for financial calculations, have excellent organizational and time management skills in addition to being highly motivated to learn. The ability to work well under pressure, have strong attention to detail as well as being proactive in prioritizing work is necessary. Strong word processing skills and the ability to utilize advanced features of Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required. Solid knowledge of the procedural aspects of commercial real estate closings, including attention to post-closing items and the preparation of closing sets is ideal.
A Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred. Related experience in the real estate field will be considered in lieu of a college degree. To apply, please click here.
