Business Professional Recruiter – Hartford, CT
We are seeking a Business Professional Recruiter, resident in our Hartford, Connecticut office. The Business Professional Recruiter will lead the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition for non-attorney positions, aligned with firm goals. In this role the Business Professional Recruiter will proactively evaluate the staff recruiting function, strategies, and procedures, to find opportunities for improvement and will explore and implement practices allowing the firm to source, attract and retain top talent. In addition, this position will establish and implement skill-based training programs for administrative personnel while building strong relationships throughout the Firm and delivering results in a rapidly and constantly evolving environment. The successful candidate will manage all staff recruiting processes, including writing position descriptions, job postings, management of the posting process, review of all applications, screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, manage the offer process and prepare all new hire documentation. In addition, the Business Professional Recruiter manage and oversee the onboarding, orientation, and training processes for all staff hires.
A bachelor’s degree is required with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition and 5 years of experience in training and development. Law firm experience is strongly preferred. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple and rapidly changing priorities, exhibit superior judgment and interpersonal skills.
Real Estate Closing Specialist – Stamford, CT
We have an opportunity for a Real Estate Closing Specialist, resident in our Stamford office. We are seeking an experienced and organized individual who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
The ideal candidate must thrive in an environment that is client-focused, fast-paced and deadline-driven. The ideal candidate must also possess an aptitude for financial calculations, have excellent organizational and time management skills in addition to being highly motivated to learn. The ability to work well under pressure, have strong attention to detail as well as being proactive in prioritizing work is necessary. Strong word processing skills and the ability to utilize advanced features of Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required. Solid knowledge of the procedural aspects of commercial real estate closings, including attention to post-closing items and the preparation of closing sets is ideal.

Temporary Imaging Prep Clerks - Hartford, CT
We have two openings in the Hartford office for Temporary Imaging Prep Clerk. Reporting to Information Governance Manager Mario Vicenzo, the Temporary Imaging Prep Clerk will be responsible for organizing and preparing hard copy files, so that image scanning can be completed in a timely and accurate manner. This is a full time, potentially long-term temporary position working with our Information Governance professionals. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Computer skills, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent time management and organizational skills are required.
