The program addresses current trends and best practices in using dispute resolution processes, other than the courts, to cost-effectively and decisively obtain optimal results in business and commercial finance disputes.  Frederick Gold's presentation focuses on the topic of collaboration between business lawyers and litigators to create well-designed dispute resolution mechanisms (beginning with the deal drafting stage).
