Frederick S. Gold, a partner and Chair of the firm’s Corporate and Financial Litigation practice, has been invited to speak on International Arbitration at the annual conference sponsored by the International Air and Transportation Safety Bar Association (IATSBA). Formerly the National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association, the IATSBA is comprised of attorneys who practice before the United States National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Department of Transportation (DOT), and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). They counsel clients in areas of transportation law related to accident litigation, mass casualty accident litigation, transportation transactions, aviation and transportation taxation, and business law with a focus on aviation and other transportation enterprises.

In addition to Fred’s presentation on International Arbitration, conference topics include new NTSB enforcement decisions; updates in aviation law; discovery in the context of international litigation; and waivers, releases and covenants not to sue.
