Shipman & Goodwin intellectual property attorneys Patrick Fahey and Susan Murphy will provide this complimentary webinar program.  This program will discuss the nuances of the Copyright Act and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and provide guidance to protect your company from claims of online copyright infringement.  Presenters will discuss topics including:

  • Cooperation between service providers and copyright owners
  • Policies regarding infringement and notices of infringement
  • Using the DMCA to protect your company’s copyrights online
