Join Shipman & Goodwin tax attorneys for the first installment of this four-part CLE webinar reviewing some of the more significant provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. This session will review the new pass-through deduction that is available to partners and members of LLCs and partnerships, shareholders of S corporations, and sole proprietorships. This session will also discuss the impact the new Act has on choice of business entity.
