Garber Recognized for Service to Federal Court

Ross Garber, a partner with the firm, was recently recognized for his six years of service on the Grievance Committee of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. The Honorable Janet Bond Arterton, U.S. District Judge for the District of Connecticut, presented Mr. Garber with a certificate of appreciation at the annual dinner of the Federal Practice Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. Mr. Garber was appointed to the Grievance Committee by the Court’s Chief U.S. District Judge in 2006.

As Co-Chair of the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Crime Group, Mr. Garber’s practice focuses on conducting internal investigations and representing clients in investigations and prosecutions by federal and state law enforcement agencies and regulators. In addition, he represents clients in high-stakes civil litigation, including class actions. Mr. Garber is a frequent speaker on issues related to government investigations, white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and international trade enforcement and compliance.
