Green Haven, Inc.’s Rocky Corner development is a unique combination of agricultural use, common interest ownership, and market rate and affordable housing, making this project extremely desirable to the town and its residents.

Cohousing’s distinctive combination of private space and shared community resources created complicated legal, zoning, and land use issues that required careful evaluation by our land use attorneys.
