Jill Mastrianni is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the firm’s strategic business plan as well as business development and marketing initiatives of the firm and its practice groups. She leads a full-service marketing team that provides the firm’s 180 lawyers and their clients with a wide range of marketing, communications and business development support.
Strategically Jill spends her time working with practice group leaders and firm management to identify new products and services that create additional value for clients. Jill and her team then create marketing campaigns and overall communication management plans vital to their product and service success.
Jill has almost 30 years of professional services marketing experience in both the legal and healthcare industries. She previously served in-house for two other Connecticut law firms, and consulted for regional and national law firms prior to coming to Shipman & Goodwin. She began her career as the director of marketing for a privately owned multi-facility healthcare practice with 18 locations across the state.
Previously Jill was an adjunct professor at the University of Hartford and lectured annually at the University of Rhode Island.
