Join Shipman & Goodwin tax and employment attorneys for a complimentary CLE seminar that will review what you need to know about independent contractor vs. employee classification.

Presenters will discuss the legal implications and potential pitfalls of misclassification and review IRS and federal and state law to limit liability and avoid potential penalties.
